Are your E-Learning modules developed by qualified professional?

Yes, the content in our E-Learning modules has been developed by one of our directors who is a qualified and award-winning Occupational Psychologist.

Will the E-Learning modules improve my knowledge of mental health?

Our E-Learning modules have been carefully developed to ensure that maximised learning outcomes are achieved. Our modules have been ‘stress tested’ – they’ve been reviewed by a myriad of different cohorts, including, business owners, people leaders, people with lived experience of mental health and people with very little knowledge of mental health. Feedback assures us that our resources are educational and presented in a way that is easily understood, relatable and improve the understanding around mental health.

How do the E-Learning modules differ from the Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training?

The E-Learning modules offer employers a practical means to provide training on workplace mental health and wellbeing to all staff. Like other E-Learning training, they are quick, targeted and very flexible in how to access. Staff can view these modules on their mobile devices and engage in learning at any time. The modules are designed to educate staff on a few key learning takeaways, so it’s an easy bite-sized learning model.

MHFA training is aimed at providing participants with a comprehensive learning experience on management of mental ill-health in the workplace. The approach is a blend between online learning and on-site delivery, so participants engage in practical exercises and directed learning by a qualified facilitator. The process takes longer, but it offers a deeper dive into workplace mental health and strategies.

How can I gauge if people have undertaken and completed the E-Learning training?

With a click of a button, people leaders can view, in live time, the administration backend. An easily downloaded Excel spreadsheet shows completion rates for all staff involved. Additionally, once users are signed up, they will receive regular email reminders to complete the respective modules.
